Dr Christian Johannes Wahnschaffe will speak at ICC Arbitration’s YAAF event

This Thursday, our Hamburg-based colleague Dr Christian Johannes Wahnschaffe will speak at ICC Arbitration’s YAAF event “From Finality to Fragility – The Setting Aside of Arbitral Awards” in Budapest, organized by ICC YAAF Representatives Stephanie Rohmann and Piotr Paprota.

On a panel with Alexandra dr. Krisztián, Katrina Limond, Matia Trosic FCIArb and moderated by Damroka Kościelak, he will discuss timely perspectives on set-aside proceedings from four different jurisdictions, following a keynote address by Alice Fremuth-Wolf.
