Paris Investment Arbitration Group hosted a spirited debate
Yesterday, Paris Investment Arbitration Group hosted a spirited debate on the proposition: "Is Paris a favorable seat for investment arbitration?"
Luca De Maria and Agnès Bizard made the case for Paris, while Carine Dupeyron and Mamadou Gacko argued against the proposition, under the expert moderation of Prof. Mathias Audit. The speakers brought compelling arguments, sharp rebuttals, and genuine engagement to what proved to be a thought-provoking discussion. A special thank you to the speakers for their preparation, eloquence, and good humor throughout.
A warm thank you to all participants who came in great numbers and to Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier for generously hosting us.
NB: All positions were adopted for purposes of the debate and should not be taken as an endorsement of the speakers’ personal views.
