Jan Heiner Nedden and Nico Gielen publish article on PMAC

With last week’s inauguration of the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Unified Patent Court behind us, Jan Heiner Nedden and Nico Gielen now take a closer look at what the PMAC offers and what it means in practice. In a new article published in the Law Journal on Industrial and Infrastructure Projects (RInPrax), they offer concrete recommendations for companies: which procedure fits which dispute, what to budget for, and how to draft a dispute resolution clause.
