Marianna Kychenko


Marianna Kychenko acts as counsel in arbitration and state court proceedings as well as secretary to arbitral tribunals. Her practice focuses on international arbitration, in particular disputes in the sectors of plant construction, mechanical engineering and shipbuilding. She also has extensive experience of post-M&A and corporate law disputes as well as international trade and sales law.

Marianna studied at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg as well as Brooklyn Law School in New York. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg inter alia with work experience at a major international law firm and a boutique law firm in the field of litigation and arbitration. Before joining HANEFELD, Marianna worked at an international law firm in the practice group Projects, Energy & Infrastructure focusing on complex disputes and proceedings in the areas of industrial plant construction and shipbuilding.

She speaks German, English, Russian and French.
