HANEFELD, Deutschlands führende Dispute Resolution Boutique, wird zum 1. März 2020 ein Büro in Paris eröffnen und hat Dr. Maria Hauser-Morel als Counsel für das Pariser Büro gewonnen. Dr. Hauser-Morel hat, nachdem sie zunächst für internationale Anwaltskanzleien in Warschau und Paris tätig war, bis vor kurzem am Internationalen Schiedsgerichtshof der ICC das für Zentral- und Osteuropa zuständige Case-Management Team geleitet. Dr. Hauser-Morel ist sowohl in Polen als auch in Paris (Richtlinie 98/5/EG) als Rechtsanwältin zugelassen. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in der Pressemeldung.
Dr. Maria Hauser-Morel ist als Parteivertreterin und Schiedsrichterin in internationalen Schiedsverfahren in unserem Pariser Büro tätig. Ihr fachlicher Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Anlagen- und Maschinenbau (insbesondere auf Grundlage von Musterverträgen der FIDIC) und Energiewirtschaft sowie auf Verfahren mit Staatenbeteiligung.
Dr. Hauser-Morel ist als Rechtsanwältin in Polen zugelassen. Ferner ist sie Mitglied der Pariser Rechtsanwaltskammer (Richtlinie 98/5/EG). Dr. Hauser-Morel hat an der Universität Breslau promoviert. Zudem hält sie einen Master of European and International Business Law von der Universität St. Gallen.
Vor ihrer Tätigkeit bei HANEFELD arbeitete Dr. Hauser-Morel in einer renommierten Kanzlei in Polen, in zwei internationalen Kanzleien in Paris sowie im Sekretariat des Internationalen Schiedsgerichtshofes der ICC. Dort leitete sie das Case Management Team, welches hauptsächlich für Schiedsverfahren aus Mittel- und Osteuropa, häufig unter Beteiligung von Staaten und staatsnahen Einrichtungen, verantwortlich ist.
Dr. Hauser-Morel war drei Jahre lang Lehrbeauftragte für internationales Schiedsverfahrensrecht an der Universität Krakau, Polen.
